You can now respond to comments that happen in FB & IG
So this gives you & your team the opportunity to participate in the conversation…
In addition to that, both IG & FB comments has the media details…
Which will show you the media on which they commented on, once you hover over them you will see the option to comment or see the actual post / reel on which they commented on.
When you click the chat icon it will show the comment on the right sidebar and an option for you to reply to that comment as shown above
This feature alone will increase the engagement on your profile.
