Human Handover

Hi, I need help with the Human Handover behavior in Revio.

Right now, when the autopilot decides not to respond and passes the conversation to a human, I see an automatic system message in the chat that says something like: “[No response — pass to human]”.

I would like to completely remove or hide this message so that no system text appears in the conversation when the handover happens.

My goal is:

• If the autopilot does not respond, nothing should be sent or shown

• The conversation should silently be assigned to a human without any visible message

Can you please tell me:

1. Where this message is configured

2. How I can disable or remove it completely
