It looks like the automated DM trigger for new followers has stopped working. New followers are coming in, but the initial message isn't firing.
The failing template is: "Hey {{contact.first_name}} Appreciate the follow! Are you here for the vids or looking to grow your biz?"
Can you check the workflow/trigger status ASAP? Thanks.
